When I try to log on my char on official server #1029 I am not logging in with my char as usual, but instead taken to the create char screen. My clan m8 is also facing the same problem, we played fine yesterday with our chars, but today all we get is the create char screen.
We both play the game on Steam.

my clan m8 logged on 3 hours after server restart and got the character creation screen, so might have happend during the server restart.

G-Portal informed us that there was a malfunction in a server cluster and that some emergency maintenance was made to move the servers affected to stable hardware. As a result, some loss of progress might have happened in some of the affected servers.
The servers affected are:
1029, 1030, 1031
However, losing a 2 year character isn’t something that should’ve happened with this issue. We’ll poke G-Portal and look into it.

G-Portal is restoring the closest backup available before the malfunction and is loading it into 1029.
Please let us know if you have access to your characters once the server is available again.
Yes, i now have access to my character , however it seems to be before the weekend so everything i did on Sat and Sun is gone
