My experience as a banned player

I really hope funcom reads this.

I have been playing Conan for more than 3 years, being a very careful respectful player, always check not to block any resources at all, not even trees or rocks, I always keep them available for everyone.

I decided to move my house to a better spot on the map, as many of us do normally, I finished building, I gotta say I was close a boss but he kept spawing without any issue, its skeleton box also spawned without any problem at all.

Suddenly I logged in and get this msg that I have block content and I can’t access the servers (official) in that moment I know already what was gonna happen. Both my houses are wiped, lost all but 2 vaults that I had on the ground.

I know I wasnt blocking anything, not a passage, access to any place, boss, chest, everything was clean. Still got wiped. I know they won’t restore my base or compensete, I know they won’t even care to check.

Who ever is the admin for server 1520 on PC is really doing a terrible damage to the community, you can go to the server and ask around. some months ago same thing happened to many players on the server. The damage is huge, this person should really learn to admin the server instead of doing whatever he has been doing.

I’m leaving the game for this reason, good job funcom. Getting players punished without a real reason.

Can you elaborate on what boss and where?
The reason I ask is that I have built close to a boss spawn also, but not blocked it or the chest.
When I see these posts it always makes me nervous.

me too because my base is near a croco boss ^^. but i killed him 10 times and looted the chest 10times so i dont block anything

I’m sorry that has happened. My clan was suspended as well. Today was the day we are to be unsuspended but we still are banned. We also got hit with the blocking player access message even though we were built on a bridge and then we had one smaller build on a mountain. In total 56,000 placed building pieces. Not bad for a clan of 10 but apparently it’s bad to zendesk. We were mass reported by a clan that wanted us gone (they actually are breaking the ToC due to spam building everywhere) but here we are.

You probably irritated someone by taking their build spot and they had their entire clan false report. It keeps happening over and over it seems. That’s the go-to for a lot of these clans nowadays.

@GT-Citizen502, if you had your base close enough that your guarding thralls were engaging or even killing the world boss, then I would consider that blocking content. I am however, no admin, and my thoughts on the matter don’t really count. Just food for thought.

I built by the white tiger near the elephants, everytime I logged I killed the boss and looted its chest, I was not blocking anything.
