I have had my bench thralls turn into that default white haired guy and later turn back. @Croms_Faithful have you experienced this can it be corrected?
My entire base is full of naked white haired men.
It is the default base model. Somewhere you lost connection between the skins and the model.
In the PC world we would remove and reinstall the game.
Oof. I’d say try the orb, but that’s not going to help with your character’s sex.
I had this very same issue. Even my level 20 Deidre Deathbringer swapped. I reinstalled and re licensed. That didn’t work either. Deleted, lost everything and repeated install. So far no glitches
So there is no way to get back to what it was then, that’s sad but i’ll stop playing. I just got turned off after this and all my progress wasted
