My thrall has gone missing once again from my base. His marker is visible on the map right where he should be but he’s not there. Can’t find him anywhere above or below the spot. It’s frustrating to capture and level up the thralls over and over again just to have them disappear in to thin air. So, if you could put your admin on server 3177 to work on returning my thrall with his gear, that would be great. PM me for details if needed. And for the record, this forum based contacting is the worst. You really should create a proper customer service for addressing our issues on more personal level. I haven’t got one single answer to my support queries so far.
I have a dancer on my official server that suffers the same fate. I would speculate that the initialization order during the reboot has a bug where the thrall gets spawned before the building pieces on which she’s supposed to stand, so she gets placed on the ground and then entombed in foundations.
Try setting your thrall to guard a different spot and see if it keeps happening after reboot. Don’t give it all the equipment until you’re sure you found a good spot.
They are not going to send a admin to return your thrall. Best to wait for it to show up or go ahead and recall it to you and loose its items. I am sorry but that’s the truth of it. I have not had that happen in months perhaps once you get it back you won’t have the problem again Good Luck to you. @Koschgine
