I opened many thousands of caches,of diferent types
I prefer the design of oni war caches
We got interesting, playstyle changing weapons from oni ones, without suffering the impact to the game balance from the crude and brutal power-up of for example ksr/maul
imo cache weapons,o any exordinary weapons, should not be a simple crude power-up weapons, because once you make a unbalance weapon, you are literatly killing the potential build diversity, and reducing the fun while at the same time reducing ppls willing to investigate more energy/money into trying diferent weapon/weapon types.
Cache weapons,o as the description of ang exordinary weapons should design as a playstyle/weapon mechanic changer,it should not directly being superior, but change the way you play, the way you manage your weapon gimmick o certain skill effect. That will be fun and also good for long term player hang on/time and money investigated, thus generate long term income.
I hope this year we could have something like oniwar caches, not agartha/2018 ones.
And more good cosmetics I hope, not only from open caches because thats too easy to get,we need something special from a special way, either a limited time with huge amount of aurum to buy,o from some event quest…
The anniversary is an event where there’s no such thing as “too easy to get”.
If you make it hard for people to collect things from the anniversary, then it means that you’ll be cutting out any new players. Fun cosmetics shouldn’t be priced high - you want to sell in bulk at a low price instead of only a few units at a high price. It’s a great opportunity to get people collecting things and to get them hooked on completing things in the game.
It’s fine to have a few unique cosmetics that are only available to people who’ve logged in during the event, but if you start tying it to missions then you have to make sure that it’s completable by any player, not just those with huge amounts of aurum to spend.
Maybe some event quest would be a good way?I mean,I read something about old event pets, those golems o something, they from quest o defeat a megaboss right? That may Works.
The shem pets are in SWL as drops from the hourly bosses, which also drops raging shards to summon Hatekeeper.
If the anniversary follows the standard format, we’ll get all that again so that players who missed the 1st anniversary can get them (and people can get anything they missed first time round), and hopefully there will be a new mission, (again following standard repeat event format).
I don’t think we got any new outfits from the xmas event, so have to wait and see if we get new threads or not.
