For trying to play by the terms and conditions… 5-6 suspensions for land claim
Im genuinely interested if anyone has been permanently banned or suspended for any other reason ?
Seemingly people that undermesh/actually cheat get away with everything

One of my clan mates who does not cheat was perma-banned twice for hacking.
Real fun.

Don’t buy anything from this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable. They randomly ban players without proper investigation, and their support is terrible. You can get banned for something you didn’t even do—if someone in your team or clan does something wrong, everyone in the clan gets punished. Why should everyone suffer for one person’s mistake?

Human relationships fluctuate. It is possible to use cheating to attack someone you are in conflict with or dislike. If there is no harsh sanction, everyone will do it and the game will become unplayable.
and people are smart. people are adapting. People are fake account attacking on a . they just risk the side account. They add a side account to the tribe to increase the tribe’s thrall slot by +15 
and everyone is aware of this, you, me and the administrators. If someone cheats with a side account, the entire tribe is punished for it. It is normal to punish bad faith.
You cannot damage your enemy’s structures in pve or pve-c. you shouldn’t. You shouldn’t use cheats in pvp. You shouldn’t even use it with a side account. It’s normal for it to be a deterrent. For some it’s not even enough.
scary about false blocking.Of course, I wouldn’t want something like this to happen to me. I think one should not be permanently blocked due to terrain rules. But I saw someone laying the foundation to prevent someone else from building. he had literally encircled someone’s house from its foundations. Just so that he cannot develop, this is evil intent. It’s actually a very sensitive issue.

No seriously, I’ve been on the dune discord; at one time was a top 10 poster, so I’ve seen enough to know I’ll get $20 worth of game play from it.
I can trust funcom to produce a modestly good game, and wont be surprised by their very predictable handling of the game.
Don’t see me gettign more then a couple hundred hours out of it though. Not a big Dune fan.
Oh I see stuff in the bazaar commercials during loading I want, but I know the bazaar prices 
I think everyone but funcom agree the entire zendesk moderation of the public servers needs a complete over haul.
This happened too lol … so it’s no secret on Xbox you can use unlimited guest accounts to play with therefore the permanent ban does not work anyway it just stops paying customers wanting to spend more money…
After multiple appeals I actually got my account back there is a Conan god
I appreciate it very much… I can’t wait to actually look at the bizzare now …
Other issues still stand but I’m never joining a clan or friends … I learnt my lesson

That’s a really sad side effect of the current ban system, really sad.
That’s not true. If we speak about the report system i cannot say , but in costumer support matters Zendesk is very efficient.
I agree to an overhaul of rules and report system.
Yet, i don’t want to discuss further this problematic situation, i am sick of it, almost each topic will end up around this.
@TINK i am really happy you’re back on officials, yet i would suggest you to reconsider the “solo” plan. If you and your clan cannot play on official servers anymore it’s not the end of the world neither the games. You can always visit private servers and have fun. Don’t let the ban system ruin your fun with your buddies.

Land claim report spam abuse is present in officials. Because Funcom don’t check the actual bases being reported on. I once built on a lake of water not blocking anything and these people had beef with my clan and we got report spammed and our base deleted.

I never left officials and will certainly still be playing with friends 
just means I can use all my cosmetic stuff and recipes you can no longer get on el… on console most players are using alts as we are fully aware the rules are only good for pve but no players should be getting permanent bans for any amount of land claim violations… deleting the base is enough
Fortunately I’ve never been one of those players to just leave but I bet they have lost a lot of newer players who have fallen into the trap of mass reporters
I won’t bring up this matter again I have said all I wanted to say.

It’s feedback. Especially giving feedback with such positivity is very welcome, at least from my side.
I believe that players that send reports must have a limit because both player base and Zendesk suffer from the bad use of this system.
