yes capes!!! and armor display would be nice also but that is just me 
I want cloaks, overcoats and raincoats after they make them necessary by fixing weather effects.
Freezing rain in the frost Forrest should be deadly to anyone not already in something rain resistant.

Cloaks. Cloaks are much more fitting in the world then a cape is. Even Conan wears a cloak in the movies.
