Bug Description:
Since first new update won’t load, tries to then crashes within 10 seconds same since 2nd update also I am worried about losing my base etc
STILL NO CHANGE UPON SORCERY 2 UPDATE THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS NOW
Bug Reproduction:
simply tried to log into my game, more times now than I have had hot dinners this year!
@sestus2009 @Caroll Just to let you know, the new update just landed and we are STILL unable to gain access to our server to enjoy this!
And @sestus2009 we play PVE-C cos we dont much fancy spending time to get wiped every day, but do enjoy a little jeopardy now and then! Just weren’t expecting the enemy to be Funcom!
Not to mention my beautifulbase and tames getting lonely on the server I cannot get into!
I would be a more regular person in PVE-C if it was remotely stable in EL. Last time I tried EL, every server I built a base in had spotty rendering issues upon logging in again. Sometimes the door, sometimes the walls, some times the furnace…just pointless playing if you can’t leave your base. I’m sure they have decayed by now.
After downloading my wife and I spent a few hours on our private Siptah server I froze after logging and later when I left my character unattended for a long time in a chest no invisible npcs tree’s in some areas still look burned that may clear up after tomorrow server reset. I might jump on the pve-c official server and see if it is still messed up invisible doors walls etc.

Apologies for the delay in our reply. We asked our team to check the server for connectivity issues or anything that could block players out.
At this time, it seems the server is working as intended and has been receiving players regularly. However, we noticed in another thread a suggestion that might help you. They suggested trying to connect to an Exiled Lands server before heading to Siptah. It’s a long shot and we will continue to investigate what could cause this.

I have just tried what you recommended, and am saddened to report that the situation has not changed, 3 of us just tried, so two ps4’s and a ps5, from UK, USA and Portugal, and none of us are able to get into our siptah server still.
I am especially sad as apparently it is now not possible for me to attain the undead horse, nor the magicv cupboard that holds loads, both of which I had set my heart on!
That cupboard was not meant to hold that much and has been patched to be normal. @MibsXX

And NZ I tried to connect to 8121 after patch still f’d. I heard dune was coming then I saw the makers, was looking forward to it, but funcom takes a working game and broke it. Supported all dlcs response from bug report was we’ll contact if need any more info been at least 6 weeks since then, nadda.
OK As A test I just logged into the server and created a character went right in.
Ps. No one else on server 12:23 pm eastern time US.

Although it DID allow 3 more seconds in the loading screen area than usual!
