Yes, I too have put tickets in only to see them closed with generic responses and no fixes.
To be fair Maya has now and then messaged with requests for more info and tasks for me to try, none have worked so far though, and although I am not a programmer, I am struggling to see just how my personal account and internet details could possibly be the reason all those others across all platforms and from all over the world are now having similar issues ! lol
For sure its not a internet problem, or a local problem it is a server side problem, (if we still talking of infinite loading screeni). On the server i play1977 this problem occurs very very often, i was happy last three days because it was fixed after the patch, but yesterday i was not able o log in the server, just after buying 2 bazaar pack in the previous day. This problem was solved in the past but after the sorcerer update it returned. Seens like someone forget to include the fix in the main development branch lol. I was considering to play offline but at the same time i discovered that stuf we buy in the bazaar, bo, and dlc, do not work offline.
New update, same issue with Siptah… I feel i have been patient enough to sooth Crom’s ire, but alas, it has been so long since I saw my splendid home and treasured tames they are become the stuff of distant dreams now.
I had it too again and had to download it. Then it works again.

When I go on my PlayStation to the game library on Conan there is a button where you get to the store and it shows all addons.
Even if my siptah seems to be installed i can download it. And that fix it for me.
Yes finally!! downloading without siptah worked, downloaded separately after main was finished I’m in! I deleted after patch as patch didn’t fix, so try this @MibsXX if no joy after 100gb of re-downloading lol I dunno.
Ok, deep breath through my tears… I haven’t as yet tried the above suggestions… but did try to log into my exiles server, which has been impossible to do since the last big "fix"update… now bearing in mind @Caroll asked me in PM for my character and tribe info so someone could try getting in from their end… and this is my second time losing access to my Exiles server…

Now yes, it might only be pixels, but that represented a hell of a lot of my time, sore arthritic fingers and buying new controller cos farming wore the last one out. I know some of you flyboys will laugh and think yeah mate I could do that in a day, good on you, I am left with a small handful of tames, the rest were in a fridge awaiting reibies being able to join in, and no weapons or farming tools on me at all. Everything was "safely"stashed in crates. I built this to entice them back into the game when we not only lost the first exiles incarnation a year and a bit ago because of the same issue, then we lost access to our Siptah server also when the first battle pass thing started. I feel my time has been stolen, money taken off me for DLC’s that I have been unable to fully use and appreciate, and overall deeply saddened that my beautiful dream build that I spent sooooo much time and effort on, twice now, has gone, despite assurances that it would be looked into. It really feels as though I don’t matter at all. Even if I had the mental energy and the time to rebuild… what happens on the next big update then the next? I got a PM saying they were looking ito issues with "older"consoles… erm, it’s a PS4 game, STILL being sold as a PS4 game even today, yet you guys are making it impossible to play and enjoy the game you are selling. Go look at social media, there are literally hundreds of players saying the same, they won’t all come here to speak, and I personally know of 9 peeps who simply deleted the game and won’t ever come back to it. Even the youtubers are quitting. I love this game, I truly do, but cannot invest any more of me into something where there seems little point. Unless you either offer a rollback, or a refund of monies spent on the DLC’s just as your first update was coming in, which I spent in good faith and anticipation of the new exciting gameplay, I will never be back. I will also be emailing Playstation to see what they think.
PS If anyone here happens to live on server 3041 and has a spare set farming tools… I might have a chance
