New to siptah, no luck finding information about armor

Hello chaps, I just have 1 question.

I have been trying to do some little research online and so far I cant find anything on where to find the basic hyena armor recipe… all I see is about the delving bench, but how do you get the recipe in siptah? the only comment about it was when wild surges were a thing for a dogs of the desert one, but now?

Also a lot of armor parts drop from the leyshrine surges (those still work as before).
I dont know if its 100% acccurate still, but it matches to what i remember from my results:
