So I post that I like the new armor, dungeon and building set, but that the rendering issues and crash issues remain, and the post gets flagged? Seriously? Either one of the forums mods has gone rogue, or a user is sabotaging the forums.

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with your actual topic, but I would like to comment briefly on your last post:
I’ve already contacted community management about this and hope that a timely response, including possible consequences, will follow. Because in this specific case, a long-time forum member even announced this behavior here in the forum, and I hope that such behavior will be sanctioned accordingly from now on - if necessary with a permanent ban to deter others from such crazy actions in the future.
I’ll check back here in a few days and hope that something has changed. Otherwise, I don’t see any point in anyone investing time in this forum in the future to enrich it constructively, if such posts can be arbitrarily or systematically blocked anyway.

100% agree. If one person can hold the entire forum for random, what is the point of trying to build the community of even the most basic post gets flagged? Dreadful moderating.

Thanks for making this topic, i didn’t want to highjack our dear @NesterT2 topic . You know i find it really necessary to thank devs for their effort, but feedback is precious too, so i will leave my dregs dungeon experience in here.
Loot 8/10. Although the chests are filled with nice loot, wooden chests with sticks and fiber? For?
Design 7/10. The glowing coop is still invisible in the water pits of the beginning and the acid barely hurts you, why? Then the skeletons with white cloth is freaking awesome and these big worms with so much hp really cool, but… Why skeletons fight to death with the worms and why the heck the worms die from the exploding traps??? Why do you think we are incompetent to fight silly worms that get staggered and have a single fight moveset? Why do you think we need the help of the environment to win your game?
Why the last 2 worms disappear in the middle of the fight… please …you got me exited and then you turn it 180 degrees .
Give me the joy to win but the pleasure to die and learn.
Soft experience, make it harder, the game has been released 8 years now it needs harder experiences.
So… basically every single thing you listed at the Cons… are things that have absolutely nothing to do with the new update - as your thread title would suggest - but are rather things that you arbitrarily would’ve liked to see them do

They said bug fixes and QoL fixes. My game froze multiple times last night. More than normal. And the continued skin rendering issues should have been addressed. So, yes, the cons are directly related.

No @azaroth they just dismantled the arrows they had before in these chests, unfortunately.
well i used for torch, only had wood on me but yeah your are right there is also some torch you can grab on ground

You’re reviewing an update which by definition is a collection of changes… Your “pro” list correctly talks about changes contained within the update.. your “con” list on the other hand talks about things that have not changed and as such are not part of this update.
This is the rough equivalent of going to a grocery store and then making a google review on the place saying PRO: nice selection of foods, CON: there was still no metallica concert between the shelves during my visit 
My point being, if you make a pro / con list, then make sure to actually talk about what you’re reviewing which in this case was the update and not the game in general, cuz by this logic we can make a mile long con list about whatever bug we can think of that’s been in the game since release, but we could’ve made that post last week too as it doesn’t require an update to talk about issues with the game in general 
TLDR: Based on your post you only have PROs about this update and seem to like things it has and have nothing negative to say about the actual changes they introduced.
(sorry.. not trying to nitpick.. just felt like the forum in general could benefit from some basic logic courses)

That was a long condescending post for someone not nitpicking. The patch notes clearly says Quality of Life and bug fixes. And I quote “This update includes a slew of bugfixes, optimizations, and quality-of-life improvements, as well as some new content and goodies to delve into”.
So the pros are the new content is fun. I ran the dungeon last night and grabbed all the new recipes.
The cons to the update is that ongoing rendering and skin issues that have plagued the PS4/5 version between AoS chapter 1 and 2, resolved with the post AoS chapter 2 QoL update, but returned with AoS chapter 3, still have not been resolved. And all tickets I have submitted have been glossed over. I did also say the new Vanir set has glitched snow. I don’t need a lesson on semantics, thanks.

every set they dont do the wedge stuff, the grass block for example would be great if had wedge foundation, and ceilings covered in grass. As the lost dungeon it could be the greatest one but is incomplete. Happy with the update but could be more happy lol

Yeah it’s not quite complete yet. Needs end caps, roof wedges and inverted wedges among others. But I love how this has transformed my base. I’ve built at the Crevice, so right on the edge of snow. So this is perfect.
Ok, but that still includes everything not in the patch.
