NO build zone near NPC camps

So is it possible to shrik the no build zone around NPC cams as I build a castle up on a plateau (big flat place = perfect - guess what not because down below is a damn NPC camp agaist the cliff where backhalf of my castle was going to go.

Please reduce this No Build Zone near NPC caps.

omg yes, was buildingin kings cliff or w/e and the temple bloked my defesnses even tho it was on the other side of the mountain. hight at least needs reduced
