Hello, I have the problem that after a few hours my character no longer has any physics. That means the hair and clothes no longer move and are completely stiff. This really destroys the immersion and just looks ugly.
Remove your bracelet, that should fix it. Just be careful not to hit recreate character by mistake

Is this also happening in an Official Server/Singleplayer?
