Bug Description:
At the Riverwatch Camp down to the ritualist, NPCs no longer spawn on official and private Server. The spawn point is not closed either. I made sure of that with the help of the decay system on a private server.
Yeah I am not sure what actually happened there. Its been discussed a few times here, I found one report where it seems to have been received by FC.
On single player, this same camp is also now empty. I have only went there once since the patch, will return again to see if they spawn eventually.
Maybe they all moved away, tired of being attacked by packs of hyenas all the time. 
Before this patch, other camps were empty for me, Narrowneck and Cannibal’s Rest. Those ones are fixed now though.
@Alhambra, I don’t remember who said that in an older post for the same issue but it was funny.

. It would be really funny if it was true actually
Haha yeah, I remember reading that. I think it may have been in the thread I made about camps being empty before this patch. Or someone else said they all went hunting XD
