No NPCs at the river guard camp (Flusswachtlager)

Many servers lack the NPC in the river guard camp at D4 (Flusswachtlager).
Also the Yog-Tempel is missing there.
PVP like PVE. Already for some Time.

this is the Riverwatch Camp near Algars overlook
and yes npc’s are buggy
i went there killed everything and they stopped spawning from that point on
dunno if its the new dlc is the cause or not

Bug Description:

When entering Riverwatch Camp all Humanoid thralls are not Spawning even though Hyenas do spawn in the spawn area

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Got to Riverwatch camp
  2. Observe
  3. Reset Server
  4. Observe Again
  5. Realize No Spawns

This happens on modded and unmodded servers. At some point in 2.5-2.6, the camp just emptied. Nobody to watch the River now.

if no one is watching the river we will have a horde of crocodiles after us

One of the other locations that is missing population appears to be Waterhole Outlook in H6/7. There used to be 2 DoDs there, but it appears they abandoned their post.

this bug is annoying as heck
riverwatch camps bearer is a good supply source in a small package
now its gone along with the name Ritualist and all the other possible spawns
its bad enough algars overlook was empty to begin with now the ghost town expands even more

Bug Description:

Darfari camp ‘Riverwatch Camp’ not spawning correctly. Darfari NPC not spawning (but the hyenas does), the Pit of Yog doesn’t appear, SPecial Character ‘Ritualist’ also doesn’t appear.
I belived at first that it was only on my game solo but i could noticed that it happnens on many PvE server’s. And this since patch 2.5 (at least…)
