Playing on PC game pass. Canada. Official server 1822 PVE-c. No Mods
There is no nudity option setting under main menu. Settings. Gameplay.
In the server settings. The nudity setting is blank.
This also effects my offline nudity settings. Even though I have it set for Partial. It still doesnt work.
Canada is allowed partial nudity.
Do Steam players have this issue?
Id like to have this option back.

I’m on Steam. I’m not sure if the setting was moved further down the screen or not (I can’t remember if it was always there), but I did find it and it looks OK for my server. I haven’t tested out single-player though.
I see this has been a issue for a few years for PC Pass. Still no update.
I had partial nudity till the Sorcery 2 update.
Could this be tied with Microsoft Xbox? Have partial Nudity on ps4. I understand that there are different ways to connect on pc. @CodeMage any suggestions. Thanks Friend
On my Xbox I have partial nudity. No issues with either Ps4 or Xbox. Only PC pass.
I guess Ill have to suck it up and spend another 200 for PC Steam.
This looks to be an issue now. I was playing with full nudity before the update. After installing the game for Chapter 3 now I don’t have the option anymore. I have the regional DLC and I own the game on PC game pass. The option to change it has been removed for PC gamepass.

can you use the same account when you switch to steam? I was thinking of just switching to avoid all of the issues with the PC game pass but I’m hesitant due to all the battlepass unlocks I already have on my account. Seems like an easy cash grab to have players just switching to steam and buying everything again.

Ooooof. That sucks. I’m considering switching to steam but I’m not sure I want to lose all of my battlepass unlocks from the previous season. The situation really sucks, a lot of the other players I know who own the gamepass version are also put off by it. I mean it’s hard not to think about what else might just suddenly stop working. 75% of the people playing on our private server are using gamepass. 
Hi @Community I bought the game on Microsoft Store and recently don’t have the nudity options. I saw in the forums that gamepass users who didn’t buy the game don’t have the nudity option, I bought the game and recently lost the nudity options. What should I do now? I don’t want to purchase it again on steam and lose all of my battlepass rewards and unlocks. is there a solution to this?
I am experiencing the same issue as other individuals mentioned above. Although I purchased the game from the Microsoft Store, the settings have vanished entirely, just like the screenshot provided. Could this problem be related to my Game Pass subscription? Previously, I could access the settings, but now they are nowhere to be found. I noticed that other discussions regarding this topic were automatically closed without a resolution. Does this imply that the problem will never be resolved?

The problem is that we purchased the game via Microsoft. Updates not functioning, nudity settings screwed up every now and then (works for me most of the time pre chapter 3, but now only “none” possible), no savegame-management possible for singleplayer, no Mods (as far as i know). No one cares, neither funcom nor Microsoft. I gave up and play on XBox (at least it was a “play anywhere”-buy).

More than likely, it’s a change to the game JUST for Microsoft so that it can be placed on the store. Likely because they demand it stay in their ToS of some kind. Mods, might change it for other games, but CE, it’s built in \o/
But then why it works as intended on XBox Console? Same store, same Microsoft, same account, same location? The menu item to toggle nudity vanishes the moment you get connected to funcom live services, i guess they get the geolocation or whatever they use to identfy your account restrictions wrong. Happens almost every time in the past when there is a bigger update, which is my main gripe: You dont’t get updates or a notification of the availability of updates with the Microsoft-store-version, if you play singelplayer offline you see it the moment when there is less skin and your Bazaar items gone poof.
It would be nice to at least have a explanation!
Why is it only Microsoft PC?
I have no issues with Xbox Consoles. Even my PS4 is fine.
U.S.A - PC through Steam Full nudity is still functional in all forms - Single player, Official server and Private servers, that have Full as the option in server settings.

Regarding nudity settings, when using Xbox App to run Conan Exiles, you would need to download the “Regional Specific DLC”, this will allow you to have those options available.
