When playing in “none” , neither the player nor any NPC is nude; that is good and proper. When playing in “partial”, the playee and some NPC’s are bare breasted; again, perfectly fine. Yet when playing in “full” it seems as though the player is appropriate but the NPC’s almost follow the “none” category. Me thinks this needs to be looked into.

You will see any equipped gear or clothing items on your character. NPC’s will range from full to no nudity with teh full nudity setting. It all depends on if they have any gear equipped.
