On official pve servers is possible to loot other players dead corpse selecting the option to loot all items.
This shouldn’t be allowed according to official pve settings.

I do not Coop or play PVP, I am strictly PVE. I too am growing very frustrated with the Dead Body or Bag Missing issue. Last night I made it to the city, and had to run due to the plunderers attacking me. So, went back, NO BODY, NO BAG. I did a test, the BAGS Blend into the environment too easily, FUNCOM needs to fix this, easily, allow us to DYE THE BAGS BRIGHT RED if need be.
I have had to start over twice due to losing insane amount of wealth on runs and not able to retrieve my body, WHY? I am on a PVE server. I lost my body last night, if I go back today, will by bag of Iron and whatnot be there? So frustrating.
Official pve 3741 here I’ve been able to loot corpses on 3 different occasions (luckily I’m a nice guy and gave everything back). Not sure what causes it
I believe that by just pressing square it doesn’t give access to other players corpses, however when holding down square button it appears the options to loot all items this way you can get other players items. I think so because I did that once myself with another corpse, another time a player harvested my character body and gave my items back to me. Other times my corpse was empty, with another player nearby, meaning someone had looted it.
