All the messages in chat - is from people on that server. They all believe that single clan of chinese people with hidden steam accounts causing that by duping items (or it’s a side-effect of their duping). There is also clan that steals everything from benches from walking trough walls, and several solo players who do the same.Offician servers are the face of the game, and, i must say- Funcom does a great job by demonstrating the new players all the “hidden features” of the game at once…
