I find it really sad when you create server rules and then don’t stick to them yourself. You build yourself a small base and then you’re closed left and right so that you can’t go any further, ticket … yes screen, cords etc. … what happens? Nothing, of course … reminds me suspiciously of Ark and Atlas … own server rules didn’t matter there either … too bad … I’m not surprised that there are so few players …

Since they removed the you cant build next to someone rule.
Like everyone else I dont even read of care about them any more.
Are you implying that Funcom employees play on the Official servers in an official capacity and don’t follow the Terms of Conduct?
Or are you saying that Funcom does not enforce the Terms of Conduct properly via Zendesk reports?

This whole topic has me confused. I was kinda lost on what OP was talking about as well. It feels disjointed and fueled with frustrations. I understand frustration, but it’s best to type your explanations a bit more coherently… probably when you’ve had time to cool down and think it through.

It’s about an official server where we have built a starting base, since we don’t have much time to play we just use it in our spare time … we have now been built up left and right by a player so that we can’t build any further … and how do you get from this thread to being banned? There was no mention of that … I think the discussion is over … it was just about setting up server rules and then not following them yourself … Happy Easter
There are server rules, you are prompted to read them every time you log in. Not sure that any more then a few actually follow them. And good luck getting funcom to do anything.
Your options are to tolerate the rampant ToC violations on the public servers or you go to a private server that actually has moderation.
There’s no active enforcement, it’s reactive based on reports.
They are trying to say that funcom doesn’t enforce the rules.
Basically someone is harassing them by surrounding them on all sides with structures to keep them from building.
They reported it and nothing was done about it.

Thanks, I was having a hard time deciphering it.
At this point I’d just pick it up and move or go to a different server.
