On a PVE server of all places.
Shut them down - they arent worth keeping them up.
The failure to protect player aka Funcom assets on officials is done.

I play on pvec 1516. Some of my structures were destroyed, all thralls (including crafters) at my main base were killed, player character killed inside base, and storages destroyed/ vacuumed. I traced it back to āBlue Rangerā on pvp 1530. this guy has access to admin level cheats and went on a spree this weekend on pve/ pvec servers. I am one of his victims. From what Iāve seen 2 of his alts are server: pvp 1530/ char: Skrillex/ funcom id: 123#17207, and server: pvp 1530/ char: Skrillexxx/ funcom id: 123#77695. Both of the accounts I witnessed personally and they both have a steam level of 0. I donāt know what his main account is
He admitted to it in global chat and I have the receipts. He claims āThings went to farā (sic), āI am sorry yaāllā, āIām going back to PVE to kill your horses!ā. When I asked him why he hacked pve servers (he refers to everything non-pvp as pve) he responded that he was coming back āwith new surprises and gifts to the pve communityā, āI will be seeing all of you real soonā, and āI made it safer on pvp than pveā. A bunch of comments about āRIP PVEā, and āyall some pve chickens. play a real mans game and go to pvpā.
Another player on pvp 1530 informed me that he is trying to frame some legit player that also goes by a variant of skrillex on 1530, but I havenāt confirmed it. I sincerely hope Funcom admins track down his main and ip ban him since he can just create as many alts as he wants with the admin level cheats active.

What I find interesting is the "I quit"s from people that have been here since the game dropped and are not going anywhere.
You know how to get action on this? Every one quit playing.
Might as well shut them down. Completely insecure, and the good folks at Zendesk canāt or wonāt do a single damn thing about it.
Maybe all this is Zendesk just having some fun with their workā¦

I appreciate the clarification. Official responses make āZendeskā seem as if its a different organization with the tools to fix problems.

Is this from a hacker? Then please quantify that you want PC officials shut down. The consoles have better protection against hackers (not full-proof by any means but better than the wild west known as PC gaming)

This hack seems to work on Xbox, and PC. And both Official and Private servers.

they are even going as far as trying to use my name https://www.youtube.com/@Mortifatality (i am the original skrillex from 1530 that they are impersonating) in game and false report my buildings just to grief me in hopes if they send enough reports funcom will punish the wrong player. while hitbox pulling and hacking on a bunch of servers they for some reason are not being stopped by funcom
They could fix it by blocking all access to the admin panel.
Think about that.
But funcom is going to have to recode how people access the admin panel to stop it, which will get hacked, and they will have to recode, and it get hacked, and then itās a never ending cycle like on BRs.
cryptographically secure access to the panel would require them hiring an expert, plus any solution would likely then be too complicated for your average gamer to connect to 
it doesnt matter, at the end of the day these forums > /dev/null
