Is there a list with all the official servers and the time zones?
Such as:
xxxx-xxxx EDT
xxxx-xxxx PDT
xxxx-xxxx CEST
xxxx-xxxx Asian Servers (don’t even know which time zone they are at)
xxxx-xxxx Others!?
Is there a way tell without logging in and checking?

As far as I know there is no way of telling which time zone a server is on (PS4).
Last week I read it’s a suggestion devs might consider adding (will help a lot with purges and such).
What time do the PS4 official servers restart?
Do they all restart at roughly the same time?
That would be one way to check if the restart time is the same so that you can then do math based on the server log time to see which time zone the server is in vs your time.
Even if you login I don’t know where to check for the time.
I’ve determined the official ps4 I’m on is eastern because of the time zone math to my time zone based on the purge times I’ve had 4:15 pm and 5:15 pm since I’m 2 hours earlier than EST
not the point though. i want a way to find out the timezone without creating a char on each and every one of them 
Right. For sure that would be good to have the server time listed in the server list or in the info page that comes up when you’ve selected. That’s what the other thread from a week or two is about.
I was talking about if you have created a character on a server, I don’t think there’s a way to get the time that way either. Except perhaps by experiencing a number of purges to figure out the time window or if all servers have their restarts at the same time (I don’t know if they do)
1500-1700 are EDT
1800+ are PDT,
there are no central time zones
