Officiellt server down about an hour Ago. Everything wiped?

Was Playing on official server #3053. It went down around an hour ago. When i logged in i was a the character creation menu.

Is the server wiped?

I had played for about 20 hours??

Same happend to 1040.

GPortal says they are restoring the savegame now.

Previously it happened to 1079 and others I guess. Don’t worry it´s not lost.
