Offline but died of starvation

[When i log in, my character is unclothed and equipped with nothing i.e. it has died while i was logged out, no body to loot so I lost all of my gear (I have screenshots) The Event log said (the first time) that i had died from hunger (while logged out) and the 2nd time it just said I died (it was not during pvp timers) but at least I had my body to loot. I was disappointed to see this issue had not been addressed in today’s patch}

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log in
    2.Character died between previous log out and this log in

Same issue here - also PVE-C server but in the US.

While offline, every couple of hours, character dies of hunger. Also, it doesn’t die only once - but 3-4 times every couple of seconds apart (or even the same second?) from first death.

Hm tried uploading a screenshot but i’m new so it wont let me… here’s the transcription of the log:

As OP stated as well, when you log back in, there is no body to loot, so all your gear and inventory is gone.

Yeah, I looked again at my screenshots and I also died multiple times

While you shouldn’t die of starvation while off line, because hunger and thirst are supposed to be reduced.

You absolutely can die while off line, it’s intended.

It is a good idea to get in the habit of logging out naked with all your things in a chest.

Unfortunately Funcom doesn’t replace in game items so your things are gone.

@hugo you guys might want to look into this because of the starvation thing, it could be the old not disconnecting issue.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. The first time was right after I had started the game and the second was about a month later. I logged out with a boat load of legendary stuff and when I log in it’s all gone. I check the log to find that I had died while offline 4-5 times all within 30 seconds of each other. I lost the predatory blade, a khari water skin, a reach of the red mother bow, hundreds of arrows, bindings of the undead and more. I am so scared for this to happen again that I literally made an empty chest to inventory dump into.
