Offline player cannot be killed or looted

We have been looking for body vault enemies on our server and we found 1, but we cannot kill it with hits, or arrows, nor can we loot it. Any idea how to get my loot back from her body?

I can’t focus on him, I can’t kill him. This is on official pvp servers

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Find offline body player
  2. Try to looted (not working)
  3. Try to kill him (not working)

We were waiting in front of that player, once he logged in, his body fell to the ground with all our loot
