I have been playing Conan die at least 3 years on multiple servers and dispute the flakiness and f$uckery, mostly enjoying it.. until I logged into 7052 today to find the server has been wiped and a years worth of me and my clans progress in the game is gone. The progress was significant and the time invested is huge in playing regularly to maintain that progress. I want it restored. The money every player has invested should be refunded if not. It simply the right thing to do. You gave literally f$cked over a great many people and I wonder if this has been done on any other servers. I’ve done a search and found no other topic covering this.
Have you submitted a ticket through Helpshift and replied to the automated email?

Yeah, I was just playing last night and everything was fine. Now it’s all gone. All the work for over four years on this server, at least. My clan is only three guys, but they will also be pissed, and will probably be done forever. I can’t believe this happened. What f∆€k is all about anyway?

Admin wipes based on reports. Officials are moderated by FC staff.
But if the entire server is affected then there’s a bug, settings or data issue and requires a ticket to Helpshift under Server Performance to alert staff.
Ok, make sense. Thing is, this server has been set back to zero days old. It was over 1,700 days old, one of the first Siptah servers. Personally I had been there since day one of the DLC. This makes no sense.

Could have been wiped to prevent a stability issue.
Don’t make it right, nor ok. Kick most recent players and wipe their stuff, not the whole server.

Yes, it’s a bit hyperbolic but excuse me for being a tad irritated on behalf of the community. We’ve all spent money to enjoy this product, it’s not working as intended. A refund is not an unreasonable request under these circumstances. It’s our right as a consumer. It’s called consumer rights. Whether you lost it or not is of no consequence.

Sadly, it’s an Official server, Funcom has the power to do whatever they want with them - wipe them, merge them with other servers or shut them down. There was a PlayStation player a while back that lost their 35k piece build they’d spent years working on to the news their server was being merged. Lost everything. It’s the risk you take when you play on Officials.
You don’t need to be brother, neither hyperbolic, neither sorry. They have to be sorry for bringing all this frustration to their player base.
