Orange color in chat on official server

Hey good morning,

I have just a simple question: How is it possiple that players write in orange in the global chat on official servers? I thought that orange is only for admins?

When they write in orange, their character name don’t appear in brackets. See this example: 1

He just did: /me HELLO GROM!!!, his name is HADES, your name appears as the first word when you type like that.
