Use Fashionist Mod, can change your name, sex, thrall name, sex, entire appearances.
Not seen a way for thicker / thinner body types, but I believe there’s admin sliders for more extreme modification.
That’s available for steam CE, I would not know what’s available on other platforms.
I’m all PC gaming only. Consoles were fun years back, they’ve lost their way.

Pretty obvious everyone asking for this plays official
If we played solo or private we wouldn’t be asking for this as there’s been mods out for it for ages XD
