Once you have put 50 points into encumbrance you can carry almost as much as you want.
However the “Over encumbered” alert that keeps popping up is extremely annoying and prevents being able to quickly access items from containers as the alert message gets in the way.
The bug is that it should not show when being encumbered does not have such a negative impact on the player.
This is a very easy fix, all you have to do is add an if statement into the code for when players do/not have momentum as a perk.
