I paid for a premium account, still showing as free account.
I opened a ticket and did not get any answer… Funcom #1182663. Wrote a few mails , no answer .
What can i do ? Will someone fix it ??

I’m experiencing a similar issue. I bought the one year subscription and yet my account is still marked as free to play, and what’s worse Funcom charged me twice for the membership. I sent an email back to their customer service all the way back on January 11th and I still haven’t heard anything back from them. Is your issue still pending? Does Funcom just ignore their customers?

For the most ppl works use the new page AND delete payment option and create same as a new one every time, u want to buy something.
