Hello, today i purchased a 1 month subscription plan but its still not activated in-game. My payment got approved but the accounty type is still showing “Free” and is frozen. Also send a ticket to customer support [Funcom #1152291]. I did a little digging on this forum and other places and found about the slow responses from customer support. AndyB Hope you can help.
