Paid for a 1 year sub, still showing F2p after 4 days?

I purchased a 1 year sub earlier this week but I’m still showing as a F2P player after 4 days. I submitted a ticket and a petition in game but haven’t had any action on this. Is there anything more I can do to get this resolved? #1165182
