The purge meter climbs as expected and the purges launch as expected.

One purge (Jhebbal Sag) near the Den just under the Chaosmouth started normally, but the purge did not send the next wave after the first two waves were defeated. The horn kept blowing, but around 15 minutes of the purge there were no creatures/thralls. I ran around the area constantly looking but there was nothing to be found.

One purge (Vanir) near the Great Dam near the Nordheimers on the East side of the Dam (assuming top of the map is North) started normally, but the purge mysteriously stopped after the first two waves were defeated in under 10 minutes for a 30-minute purge.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Perform activities to drive purge meter up to threshold.
  2. Listen to horn starting purge.
  3. Defeat one to two waves of foes under 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Listen to horn warn of purge and wait for foes that never arrive.
