old player coming back on a new account
i cant log in and the password reset email says yes you have an account by this name here but no password options
Funcom go home youre drunk
login to account working again
But now icant get the game launcher to stop patching. the 12 gigabytes are no problem but the 112 kb is never ending. ive tried the standalone and the steam one. the steam one worked yesterday.
today its a neverending patching on both the standalone and the steam launcher
Not a solution but a side note. The Steam client and the Stand Alone do not both work for your account. Your account will be connected to one or the other.
different new accounts so nothing to loose played maybe 2 hours on the steam one yesterday

In case you are still here, could you try to check if the patcher happens to work after around 1AM UTC, and fails to do so after around 6 PM UTC?
I’m having a weird time related issue, even though the symptoms are different, it may still be related. No solution yet, though.
