Payment failed with Paypal

Hi,

My Age of Conan account is frozen, i can still playing the game as a Free to Play but my subscription wasn’t renewed.

When i would purchase some Game Time, a message signed me that my payment failed with Paypal.

Today, i did many purchases on others websites with Paypal with no problem.

It’s like my account didn’t recognize my Paypal.

What’s is going wrong?
