PC crash when start the game or upload

Hi,
Everytime i update the game and open it I get a blue screen from windows i have to reboot the Pc. It only happend with this game and dont matter server, region, or style, its always the reboot. At last reinstall of the game, just open it makes the pc crash. I checked also GPU than ram , and both were ok, no overheat either.

Each time i suffer this crash i have to reinstall the game because steam dont find the game ( even when its still installed )

Update the game (Optional right now)
Open the game. ( Here pc crash )

Is your hard drive have 100% condition? Maybe it has a damaged sector where the game is installed.

Hey @Dael

Following what @Dragonman suggested, could you try to install the game on a different drive to see if there is an issue with your HD hardware?

2 days ago I too started running into this same issue. I tried installing on my other HD, but it did not fix the problem. After looking into it more, I determined that I am getting an error caused by battleye and it is generating a kernal_security_check_failure. After searching the Battleye site I found the following related to this error "You are either using a cracked version of Windows or you previously installed hack software that disables certain important security features of Windows. " I have done everything I can think of, including running the system file checker, but nothing fixes the issue. By the way, I did not install a hacked version or hack any software. The game has ran fine for about a year on this computer.

If you uninstall battleeye and then start a solo/ coop game, does this work without crash?

Yes it works solo without battleye. The odd thing is it actually uninstalls the game sometimes when it crashes.

I am having the same issue. I am thinking about trying to get a refund. I played 8 hours the first few days, now I can’t even load it without getting the same blue screen referenced in this thread.

BSOD is OS, Driver, or Hardware issue. Not game client.

Troubleshoot your BSOD error code.
