Have you checked out your follower management to see if hes there or the event log to see if something killed him?
I checked the event log and there’s no mention of any thrall killed. There’re several entries tho saying “None has returned home”. I don’t have any thralls named “None” so looks like the thrall that disappeared might still be there I just can’t see him. How do I use the follower management to see if he’s there ?

I seem to be having a weird performance issue, and I’m not sure if this falls under that fix or not? Hoping it does.
I’m having an issue where my FPS runs between 60FPS-120FPS on the high end, even though it’s barely using any of my PC resources at maxed settings. When my FPS is in that range I get quite a bit of lag and stuttering. Then randomly, my FPS jumps up to where I think it should be in the 120FPS-180FPS range, with lag pretty much completely eliminated, but for some reason that lasts maybe 120 seconds if I’m lucky, before it goes back down to the previous FPS range.
Not sure what’s causing this issues to happen, I’ve been playing in a solo world, and have tried various different “fixes” that I googled. Also tried seeing if this happened without mods installed, which I get the same issue regardless.

@Ignasi After reading the abpve, I went to check on the Zrist I had from a Votaries purge on my server (PC, Online , Private, North America), and mine is gone as well. There’s no entry in the Event Log indicating he was killed either, he’s just gone.
@Killmonger For trouble-shooting purposes, are you, by chance, running any mods? The ones I’m running are:
As a test, I opened the admin panel, attempted to spawn an already-broken replacement, but nothing appeared in my inventory. Similarly, when I attempted to spawn him in-world as an enemy, he didn’t show up then either.
Very strange.
After the Hotfix today I’m still having issues where my follower (Greater Bear) still randomly stops fighting and just stands there no matter what his commands are set to. I set up keybinds to command him to attack as well with no luck. Sometimes he will run at a mob then just stop in front of them like a puppy dog making friends… only the mob is wailing on his face.
Any suggestions? Or is it still bugged?

No, its a new server and its the first visit there.
You should see his name or the name you gave him in the follower management page. If he is in there you should be able to check his location on the map by using the track thrall option. If you find him on the map search the area for him. If that does not work you can always rescue him but you will lose the gear. You can always spawn in the gear since you play on single player. It seems that other people are also having the same issue. You may want to report it to Funcom.

First of all, good job guys. The new DLC looks awesome, but well, we have a few problems with the new Update shrugs
I am the admin of a private server (no clue if that is important) and after the Patch and the Hotfix we still do not have the new command menue for the followers or thralls. Nothing. Not even the icon.
We also can not see the life bar of our pets anymore, which is very annoying. We even can´t see if they are poisoned.
And at last … the distance o.O Social Distancing 
Ah well, you know what I mean. I hit my poor camel all the time while harvesting. Funny sounds, first you hit the iron, then you hit flesh and blood spills haha but this is way toooooooo close.
Maybe someone here can help me/us…maybe we need to set up something or stuff. I don´t know.

On the menu issue, couple of people have noted that if you have any mods loaded that affect thralls they may be blocking the new menus (Pickup+ was one that was mentioned) until those mods are updated…
Yesterday I noticed strange things or bugs at Volcano. First npcs started fight against each other, then knocked down thralls vanished when a new one spawned at its original place. Then that worm at Volcano healed itself so fast that it was impossible to kill it.

Please I really need help !!! : Since I have the game (about 3 weeks) it always took me 30 minutes minimum to successfully join the part of my brother in co-op, BUT, since the gportal update of May 4 or 5 (maj of gportal ?) that worked perfectly a few days (I connected for the first time on the first try!) and last night (May 8), there was the installation of 2 steam updates (one of 96mo and one of 632mo) and it does notdoes not work anymore !!!
I don’t know what to do anymore … It took me 45 minutes to reach my brother’s game yesterday 
it makes me despair. The error message that is still displayed is: “pending connection failure, connection to the server impossible. Your connection with the host has been lost.”
Please, if you could answer and help me.

Combat music keeps playing, even when at peace.
I started my first game since this followers update, the hotfix and the new dlc…
Shortly after i started the game, i as i often do, caught aggro towards the River…
I just run away from them, and usually the combat music stops when thatever aggroed me give up on me.
But Combat Music just keep playing, different kinds of combat music too…
At first it dident help if i picked a fight and killed the enemy… Music still kept playing.
But ive also, while trying to reproduce this, had music actually stop eventually if i pick a fight and kill the enemy…
Another way ofcourse is to relog…
Ive never had this issue prior to this update so im guessing its the update.
Thought id mention it here, as its kind of annoying having to fight and kill everything that i aggro, and then hope the combat music will stop so i can once again hear the lovely music in this game

Hi @Word, welcome! Sorry you’re having some hitching issues. I’m just another player, so please make sure that before performing any IT actions on your PC based on advice from individuals on the Internet, that you have a good understanding of creating and restoring Windows Restore Points.
In your System Tray, you’ll see the green NVIDIA Settings logo. Right-click on it and there are usually two options: GeForce Experience and NVIDIA Control Panel. Do you see NVIDIA Control Panel and are you familiar with it?
Second, in game, go into First Person and look at a natural hillside. Pan your camera slowly to the left, then back to the right. Do you see any blockiness on the vertical? Now Tilt your camera up and down on the same hillside. Do you see any horizontal line or blockiness? If you are tech savvy, what I’m trying to diagnose is “visual tearing,” where you have a loss of sync and instead of dropping frames, the GPU is allowing the image to tear off like a piece of paper.

So new update, many things broken , thralls well really this new A.I. System is more broke then the last. No health bar so in a boss fight no idea if thrall is safe or almost dead, thralls just stop and look like they are slow, line of sight is so broken. Horses are stuck right your ■■■ when following well all Thralls will crowd around you like they are tired to you. Did I say no health bar , well no dang health bar. Animal thralls attack every thing even friendly things in your village. You aggro one thrall the whole village even if they are so away you can hardly see them aggro and chase you for miles. Bosses get full health back in middle of fight. So many things hard to make a list and this all from one update. Nice to get new toys to play with but they need to WORK first or why bother.
My rant for the week, now back to a game that works till you all find the time to fix what you broke again.

But not fixed when found in Test live, was that not the reason for it to be on test live for bugs to be found and fixed before it went live.

1 hour trial in vain !!! I am sad to have bought a game to play with my brother and not to be able to play, quite simply. and have no response to my tickets or messages wherever I post them. = (
Why… Do i loose my stuff after a reset? -.-
My Base is damaged and i lost alot of my stuff, every time it resets
