So, I’m well aware of the offline mode mod in the Steam workshop, however, my internet is currently down, and the game itself refuses to start. In fact, the game says that “for the first launch” I need to be online.

At this time, Conan Exiles cannot be played offline on PC.
I restarted Steam in offline mode and severed my internet connection. The game will start up but won’t load a Single Player game. It says “Create Session Failed”.
So even if the game would launch for you, it would still unfortunately be unplayable.
I wonder what the reason for this is. Internet connection for SP? Makes no sense to me.
