I logged in to my server using Direct Connect an now it makes my players and I create a new character?
What hotfix? where was this announced?
It was announced, but the update screwed things up a bit. Now there is another one that hopefully fixes what went wrong.
I have an issue that seems a little different not sure what is going on. But I can direct connect to the server I play on and be logged in for about 3-5 Minutes. The game than freezes and I open the TaskManager and it says ConanSandBox.exe not responding, and after this 2.1GB Update it does the same thing but says UE4Game not responding… is there a fix for this?
I am running Windows 10 Btw.

so archers and fighters don’t matter per se? i.e. put a bow on a fighter and he should use it as proficiently as an archer?
I have restarted a few times, as well as validating files. Still, I press play and it does nothing.
No, it means a thrall who should have (has one when you place them) a 1 handed weapon isnt penalised for using a 2 handed. archery/melee damage multipliers or base stats/growth is a different thing

Also running Windows 10. I log in, click ok on my server message of the day and then the screen freezes. I’ve restarted, downloaded the patch and still nothing. What’s very interesting is someone else on my server has the exact same mods as me, running windows 10 and yet has no issues logging in. I’ve been searching for the Windows 10 forum post and can’t find one.
Yeah like 6 people on my server can log in and play but for some reason I continue to freeze after a few minutes in the game and have to close the game through task manager to get it to actually close.
I can’t even get task manager to close it. I can open task manager and scroll through the screens but I have to actually restart the computer to get it to ‘unfreeze’. I’m running a reasonable gaming computer but the other person on the server does have a better graphics card so I’m not sure if that’s the issue.

Also look into the crashing issues, after the first update today half my clan cant play and now after this one that half can play again and the other half cant. This update is broke asf
Same here. It jsut gives me some ping error when I try to get in and my favorites were gone, I had to manually locate it, but still can’t get in.
I’m using an ASUS STRIX 2080ti, i7 7700k CPU, ASUS STRIX Z270G Motherboard, 16GB RAM and a 4TB SSD. Still freezing on me lol.

if thralls too strong we can change it in server settings why patching anything about this ?
i would like to use conans sword but its so weak can you boost it or make it possible to build it and conans royal armor in flawless quality.
