Petsystem: Food and Hunger

Yesterday we activated the Feeding/Hungersystem for our dedicated server. A few hours later all or the most of the Thralls and Pets of the players, which were online on this Day, starved to death although they had a bunch of food in their inventory and/or in the nearby Potts. So we are puzzling about the possible Server ini setting Funcom posted in this Forum but nowhere we found an explanation for them. So I would like to ask the @FuncomDevs if you can publish these settings here on the forum with an explanation.

So far I only found this

New Server Settings

The following new server settings controls pet and thrall hunger:
SETTING ServerSettings.ini NAME DESCRIPTION
Enable Hunger System: Thralls ToggleHungerSystemThralls Toggles the hunger system for thralls.
Enable Hunger System: Pets ToggleHungerSystemPets Toggles the hunger system for pets.
Food Nutrition Value FoodNutritionValue The amount of nutrition the companion gain from eating food.
Starvation Time In Minutes StarvationTimeInMinutes The amount of minutes it takes for companion hunger gauges to go from 100 to 0.
Starvation Damage Penalty Cap StarvationDamagePenaltyCap When a companion’s hunger gauge reaches 0, they start taking damage to their health. This value determines how much health can be removed in total, given in percent where 1 means 100% of the health.
Animal Pen Crafting Time Multiplier AnimalPenCraftingTimeMultiplier Multiplies the speed of crafting in animal pens.
Food Container Range multiplier FeedBoxRangeMultiplier Multiplies the distance that Food Containers can feed your companions.
Exclusive Diet ExclusiveDiet Determines whether companions exclusively eat items listed on their diet. Disabled means they will eat any food item, in addition to their diet.

But what are the values we can choose and what is there meaning

On my private server, the time going from fed to hungry was set to 7 days originally, but set ITSELF to 4 hours somehow.
So I set the damage that hungry thralls get to zero (StarvationDamagePenaltyCap), i.e. they won’t get damage from going hungry.
When later all settings became available, I switched the system off.
Timers for going hungry are still present, though…
Obviously, the system is still buggy

Yes we did this too and it really seems to be buggy. But wasn’t it tested for a few months now on Testlive? And the 7 days, are these ingame days or real-time days? On our server all the pets/Thralls began to die after 7 ingame days.
