Ping 9999 - Server population 20/20 - massive laggs

since last patch from 06.06.2018 there is the already described problem, that our rental server from gportal shows a ping of 9999 and a population of 20/20.

if the population and ping changes to normal after 2-3 minutes and a join is possible, then normal gaming isn’t possible caused by massive laggs.

in 8/10 cases a server disconnect follows and a new try will follow.

would be nice to know, if this is just a problem of us or does somebody got the same problems?

or mabye it is a already known problem of FunCom and actually under workprogress :smiley:

G-portal had a notice about it on my server rental log-in, so I assume it’s being worked on.

From the server page:

“Conan Slot-Problem
Dear customers, after the latest patch from Funcom, there may still be cases where the server is displayed as full. If that happens, let the server load a bit more. He should switch to 0 / XX after 1-2 minutes and be enterable. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

That’s not always the case. My server will display as full with a ping of 9999 in the favorites filter and it will not change.

The only way to access this server is from the full list.
