Still having issues with placeables in bases randomly decaying in spite of the bases being at max decay time. This time, the large carpet under the bed in my main base vanished, taking with it the bed, nightstands, decor on the nightstands, and all my fancy pillows. Strangest of all though, it also took out a random Grey Lotus decorative planter on the next floor down while leaving everything else intact.
Additionally, archers keep destroying placeables by shooting them. As visible on the top line of the above log.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
Build a spacious home & furnish it.
Visit it multiple times every day for 6+ months.
Do a spit take when items that have been in-place for months just poof for no reason.
Check the event log and see that they decayed, even though the whole rest of the house is still at max time.
Yes still happening to me to… official PvE server.
I’m currently wondering when several of my items will just despawn on me: tier 3 Mitra alter, an orange carpet, a khitai table.
I don’t put anything near carpets these days.
They don’t always disappear but after every restart they lose stability.
Must have been too many issues swept under them.
We’re aware of this. Our team is working on a fix for the shrines and investigating issues with other placeables.
Thanks for your feedback and patience.
I have lost three altars in the last month due to this bug. The one I lost last night destabilized and decayed in 6 hours. I wasn’t on at the time but the event log showed what happened. No way I could prevent it.

Yesterday I had the same issue with a Sanctum of Set, fishtrap and shellfishtrap.
The sanctum and the traps were close to each other but not directly linked. Everthing in between is still intact.
The stuff is located close to the route when I want to use the map room in my main base. Thus it was not “normal” decay.
The text in the event log says: “0 … has decayed”.
What kind of building is called “0”?
Trust me. I lost a kiln and a carpenter bench. I was lucky enough to login at the right time to claim the mats and the thralls. Otherwise I would have lost it all
I found all my T3 alters were called “0” in the log - tested on the t3 version of Mitra, Ymir, Yog, Derkato and Set. I have not made Jhebbal Sag alter to see if that too is recorded as “0” and do not know about the t1 & t2.
I did report this issue to funcom when I found it back on March 27 2019.
When my t3 Derkato shrine despawned more recently I mentioned in my bug report that it was recorded as “0” still.
