Today I logged into the single player at Siptah to rebuild my castle and do some new modifications I got in mind for main entrance. But when I went to work on to the outer wall 's corners I noticed that the game was not letting me to place building pieces on specific areas on the corners like the one on the picture. I tried to wait for few seconds and after placing a building piece where I was not allowed but I still couldn’t. I tried again after placing a other piece on the different spot but the issue was persisting. I logged out and in and the issue was persisting.

To get around this problem I design scaffolding that allows me to compensate
beyond 4 blocks in height the problem is recurring
You can also store your hammer and target the place where you want to place your piece and then retrieve your hammer, be careful to make sure your piece to be placed is pre-selected

Here’s what is going on. It all started with my storm glass castle at single player. At the front left circle shaped corner I found a line of one storm glass fence and 3 storm glass walls were missing. I tried to replace them but the game was not letting me as you will see on the two videos.
Then I did a reset of map (start all over again) and when I reached the circle corners of the front and back from the left side of the base the issue showed up again.
Taking into account this is happening in single-player can you, please, send us the save file as well so our team can verify it?
Since your initial report mentions this is happening in Siptah you should be able to find a file named “dlc_siptah” through the following string \Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved
