Bug Description: Foundation having 0 stability

After placing foundations ont top of foundations with 100 stability I am getting foundations with 0 stability.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Took foundations fown a few levels
  2. Replaced the foundations
  3. And still got 0 stability on some foundations

Yes this problem is years now, thanks for bringing it up.

I had the same by placing walls on foundations with stability of 100. walls got 0 stability

I haven’t seen it hit in a while but dang it. Server resets will judge us.
