Player damage from bombs multiplier

One of the most annoying meta in pvp is bomb pvp in open world. Basically you place an explosive jar and throw a throwing axe to ignite the bomb. Spam bombs and repeat. Before the changes in roll animation you could at least roll it. Now the roll is so slow that it became difficult.
Many private servers banned that kind of pvp.
One of the servers I played on created a script for their server what lowers the damage players take from explosive jars by 80%. It still did same dmg to structures, but not the players.

I suggest to add a slide “Player damage from bombs multiplier” in server settings where community can decide for them self how much they want or need.

As much as I agree that just putting down bombs in pvp is stupid, I do think it’s easier to dodge the explosion with iframes with the new roll changes. Just harder to actually get out of range.

What you mean stupid? I had the thought of doing it in pvp but it seemed a lot of work because you need someone to kamikaze but now that you guys mention it, ITS GENIUS!

It reminds when me and my son where playing in one of those minecraft servers with events, they had a mining event set up in an enclosed room where everyone had to mine resources as fast as we could, at that time my son was 8, we thought it was an awesome idea to bring minecraft miner best friend, TNT, we thought we where going to be everyone best friend because with tnt a lot more resources would drop for everyone.
Well that escalated quickly, we didn’t know it was also a pvp event and player damage was on, we crashed the server, killed a bunch of people, bugged the event and got banned. But I promise we did it out of ingenuity, and we got unbanned quickly after. A memory we won’t ever forget, and I hope my son will tell to my grangran childrens.

Man you just opened a universe to me.

But yeah i’m the kind of guy who laugh and giggles at hunters getting mauled by lions or killing other hunters in hunting sessions.
