You are shooting the community in the foot with your current way of controlling use of items to only people who have purchased them. Especially for the RP community.

Some people actively RP as craftsmen… it could also drive PVP for raiding/combat.

Given that everything wears down, can be lost, or destroyed… are you counting your Pennie’s while the dollars go by in the long run?

Choosing community building and enhancement will serve your interests better if you want the game to thrive.
