Player sounds like a Rocknose

Hey guys!

So this is a new one for me. There is a player on my server, whenever he attacks or moves he sounds like a rocknose. Anyone knows about this issue and if so, do you know how to solve this?

I’m experiencing this as well single player on Xbox. Monster sound plays when attacking bare handed. Applied update 33 to an existing world
