Player Stamina Settings are missing on GPortal?

I cannot seem to find the player stamina controls on my GPortal xbox one private server. I’ve looked for answers online but all I find is “It’s something on FunCom’s end”. Is there a fix for this, or a reason at least? I can control everything else on the server I am paying money to use, but not adjust my players stamina?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Log into GPortal controls on Xbox one.

Stamina appears nowhere in my settings either.

The only setting remotely related is the PlayerStaminaCostMultiplier.
