Removing the bracelet is necessary to get rid of another stuck in the textures and other bugs. Punishing players for your bugs is very wrong, Funcom. No, of course, the best option is to remove all the bugs, which force players to take drastic measures, such as character suicide. But let’s be realistic - at least remove the loss of sigils.
At this point I see the value in your suggestion. When I have played Siptah in the last 2 years I didn’t even bother with sigils because of the exact reason you describe.
But it was such an interesting new element to the game and PVP in particular. Killing someone, grabbing some of their sigils and loot and making off with it was thrilling.
Well, just in case, I’ll clarify. I mean only when the bracelet is removed. When dying in pvp, from mobs or falling/drowning/whatever else - let the sigils be lost, that’s fair.
That would be a feat to accomplish.
Their loss should also be removed from dying at a Battle Standard. People with sigils don’t want to participate in a duel at a Battle Standard if they lose a third of their sigils from doing so.

Just played siptah for 2 weeks.
I sometimes have to remove building pieces after login or relog to prevent character suicide.
And the battle standard thing is the same.
5 players online and a storm.Who cares about performance,just stand in base till its over.
No fast travel unless you stay in one place for 1 min and watch paint dry.
(cant suicide to remove debuff tho, gonna lose all those sigils.)
tried completing the ranger armor quest… cant complete even when killing everything in the dungeon , jumping and rolling around in the last room…
