on 2020/05/16 my brother and I were killed by this player while we were at home on the official PVE server, losing all our inventory and all the items equipped. Is it an abuse or is it a possible action?

I’m assuming it was a purge, but you might want to elaborate on how another player killed you on a PvE server, and how you know who it was if you were offline. We’re also missing the context of the attack, such as if you built right on the boundary of an established clan’s landclaim, or if they went out of their way to grief you, etc.

The area is owned by me, I have no clans in conflict in the vicinity. The name of the player who killed me is written on the event report, so I don’t think it was a purge. Since the server is official PVE I don’t understand how this is possible.
are you sure it was a player?
are you playing on a PVE server, or a PVE-C server?
the second has pvp time, so they could have killed you at that time.

If it’s an Official PvE server, then I’d indeed report it to Ignasis and Hugo via DM along with your proof, as it’s some sort of an exploit. If it’s an Official PvE-C server though, then it’s an indication you may need to reevaluate how secure your bedroom is where you’re logging out.

Welcome to the community . I play this game more than a year now and it never happened to me . Though I find it impossible , it is not the first time that I read an impossible thing in this forum . I think you get my point here . All I can do for you ,if you wish , is to come to your server , give you some of my knowledge of this game and allmost nothing will ever kill you again or loose your inventory . The nature of the game is this way , barbarick . I have lost so many inventories that for me it’s natural 
. I don’t care anymore .

Since last patch i wakeup dead at my bed and character is being respawned upon login, and before this patch i was dying several times during my log out time… what log says? That u were killed by??? I would take this into consideration, as FC STATED many times the best way to avoid item loss during random deaths or not while offline is to sleep naked and all stuff inside a chest… if all is done proper or u have proof that someone indeed exploited , i would proceed to contact devs also presenting all the evidence i could gather
